Location: Udaipur

Salary Range: 300000 to 500000 per annum (LPA Lakhs Per Annum)

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive in the Building Material Industry you will be responsible for driving sales and

revenue growth by actively promoting and selling constructionrelated products and materials. This

role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients contractors and

distributors while also identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer

service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.

Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential areas for growth.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide product knowledge technical support and guidance to clients as needed.

Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

3. Product Promotion and Demonstration:

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients and key stakeholders.

Showcase the features and benefits of various building materials to drive sales.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing operations and logistics to ensure seamless

execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

Coordinate with distributors and suppliers to fulfill customer orders effectively.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and analyses for management review.

Evaluate sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

6. Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in sales preferably within the building material or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction materials building codes and industry trends.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

7. Education and Experience:

A bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in a similar sales role within the building material industry is necessary.
