Our client is an established consulting and research firm working with Fortune 500 companies globally. Due to their rapid business growth they are looking for an Executive Assistant who can also manage organizational programs endtoend.

Role Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to leadership by managing calendars travel expenses

Prepare presentations reports and coordinate with global teams

Ensure timely completion of deliverables for seamless execution

Conceptualize budget plan and execute annual company programs

Track attendee registrations logistics vendors/suppliers related details

Analyze post event feedback and present recommendations report

Required Skills and Experience

46 years total work experience supporting leadership team

Sharp business acumen with ownership mindset

Excellent time management abilities juggling multiple tasks

Meticulous attention to detail as finishing quality is vital

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across levels and globally

Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent fields
