As a Sr Manager, Business Development, for Beanstalkedu Services Private Limited, a prominent player in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector in India with products such as
Teeny Beans , International Institute Of Montessori Teacher Training , Atheneum Global Teacher Training College and Buzzapp , your role is pivotal in expanding our network of educational partners across the country. You will be at the forefront of identifying and engaging potential franchise partners, guiding them through the acquisition process, and ensuring a seamless integration into the Beanstalkedu family. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Lead Generation : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential franchise locations and leads within the ECCE space across India. Develop strategies to attract high-potential franchisees. Franchise Acquisition & Negotiation : Engage with prospective franchisees, presenting the Beanstalkedu model and its benefits. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining the company’s interest. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing franchisees. Be the primary point of contact and manage all aspects of the franchisee relationship. Compliance & Brand Alignment : Ensure that franchisees comply with legal and company standards. Uphold and promote Beanstalkedu’s brand values and educational philosophy in all franchise operations. Training & Support : Coordinate with internal teams to provide comprehensive training and support to new franchisees. Ensure they are fully equipped to operate according to Beanstalkedu’s standards. Performance Monitoring : Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchisees. Provide guidance and support to help them achieve business goals and maintain quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in franchise development/sales, particularly in the ECCE or education sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively across India. Knowledge of the ECCE market and regulatory environment in India. Proficiency in English and regional Indian languages. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
