Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of up to 20 employees. Forecasting business volume, capacity planning and create new talents Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals Proactive management of business / operations trends Set performance goals, measure progress, and provide feedback to ensure team members reach their full potential. Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize team performance and achieve desired outcomes. Identify areas of improvement and provide continues feedback to improvement. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Resolve conflicts and provide guidance and support to team members. Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are well-versed in current packaging trends and technology.
