- Understand Business problems and identify challenges and constraints
- Design digital and advance analytics solutions to Business problems
- Implement the solution with an understanding of end-to-end architecture
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders involved in implementation of the solution
- Identify opportunities for implementation of new use cases
- Keep updates of any new technologies and processes in PV module/cell manufacturing
- Ensure ReD targets are met and delivered on time
- Drive good data governance and adherence to ReD SOPs
- Interact with data scientists, data engineers, UI/UX designers and effectively convey the desired solution design
Our Ideal candidate -
- Education - Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics/IT) + MBA
- Experience Range – 10 to 15 years
- Experience in Solar PV Module/Cell manufacturing
- Good program management, Project planning & coordination skills
- Good Experience of working in cross functional teams
- Good IT skills - understanding different solutions and matching solutions to problems
- Analytical approach to solving problems with focus on solution delivery
- Capable of extrapolating current situation to future scenarios
Functional/ Domain expertise
- Knowledge of Solar PV module/cell manufacturing operations and technologies is a must
- Experience in R&D department of module/cell manufacturing would be a plus
- Should have experience in evaluating or enhancing performance of module/cell manufacturing operations
- Participated in some Digital transformation/enablement exercise in organisation
- Basic understanding of work of Data Scientists & Data engineering roles is a plus
- Experience in agile working methodology would be a plus
- Experience with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Monday would be a plus
Communication skills
- Ability to communicate with cross functional roles is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills
Teamwork
- Should have led a team of 2 analysts
- Ability to work as a self-motivated team player
- Has worked in large teams with an agile setup in the past
- Handle multiple projects across intra and inter-department teams
