Job Responsibilities:
- Getting in touch with our guests who have already booked with us, pitch them exclusive curated experiences of StayVista and get maximum sales from them.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients and Vendors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their event and accommodation requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to drive competitive advantage.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase StayVista's offerings and address clients' specific requirements. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to maximize revenue and secure profitable deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the preexisting database.. Generate regular reports and forecasts to track sales performance and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the events or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of the events industry/Travel industry, including familiarity with event planning, conferences, exhibitions, and related services. Knowledge of the hospitality sector and accommodation booking processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proactive and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for Stayvista events, and conferences.
