Job Overview

We are hiring a Computer Operator with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Rima Machines Pvt Ltd. As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring computer application & ERP Software ensuring their smooth data entries and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This is a full-time position located in Sachin, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Computer Operator or similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP software data entry
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with materials management is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computer systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth running of ERP software systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
• Manage and maintain ERP Software database systems
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
• Timely Data entries in ERP Software.
• Provide Data & Communication support to end users
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding computer operations
• Generate reports and analyze data as required.
• Excellent Communication skills
