Job description

We Are Seeking a Candidate Who Has

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Debt Syndication, Private Equity and Structured finance.
• Executed end to end private equity transactions;
• One complete end to end execution experience is mandatory. The candidate is expected to have some relations with banks and corporates
• An CA/CFA/MBA Finance or equivalent;
• This is a mid level role and the person is expected to do both origination and execution.

The Candidate Is Expected To

• Manage transactions and their closure in a time bound manner, with optimal utilization of team's resources;
• Preparation of Financial Models & CMA Data. Experience of interacting with Banks/FIs. Prior Exp in Debt Syndication/Private equity deal closures.
• Well versed with excel and financial modelling – Should be able to independently make financial business plan. 
• Working Knowledge of various valuation methodologies.
• Should be able to independently prepare pitch book / presentations/ information Memorandums with quality output. 
• Strong personal relationship with Bankers, Lenders in India and overseas, investment bankers, VC Funds, PE Funds and Angel Investors.
• Mentor junior team members to create better delivery and leadership capability;
• Support the reporting manager in creating BD pipeline
• The candidate should have the following hard and soft skills:
• Sound Fundamentals - Accounts, Financial Modelling, Reading and interpreting Balance Sheets;
• Analytical and logical thought-flow.
• High confidence level;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Very high level of ownership and commitment;
• Ability to manage networks and relationships;v
