Job description

Sales Representative/Associate:

Actively prospect and acquire new customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions, including interest rates and credit limits, to close sales.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Sales Manager:

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Set sales goals and quotas for individual team members and monitor their performance.
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales representatives to improve their skills and effectiveness.
Develop sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Relationship Manager:

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized solutions.
Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and credit underwriting, to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor clients' credit card usage and spending patterns to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
Conduct regular account reviews and provide financial advice and recommendations based on clients' needs and objectives.
Credit Analyst:

Evaluate credit applications and assess applicants' creditworthiness based on factors such as income, credit history, and debt-to-income ratio.
Review financial documents, including tax returns, pay stubs, and bank statements, to verify applicants' financial information.
Determine appropriate credit limits and interest rates for approved applicants.
Monitor credit card accounts for signs of delinquency or default and take appropriate action to minimize risk.
Customer Service Representative:

Assist clients with account inquiries, billing issues, and technical support related to their credit cards.
Process requests for card replacements, credit limit increases, and account closures.
Resolve disputes and investigate fraudulent activity reported by clients.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of credit card products and provide guidance on responsible credit card usage.
