Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store management tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and customer service experience, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in store management
- Familiarity with retail loss prevention strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- An analytical mindset and ability to think strategically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Previous retail experience of min 3 yrs is a plus
