Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications, both front end and back end, ensuring high
performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams in India, Europe, North America, and Australia to
define, design, and implement new features and functionalities.
- Lead the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring code quality and
adherence to best practices.
- Architect and implement robust, secure, and efficient server-side components and APIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations
for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for maximum performance and reliability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements, ensuring alignment
with business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency within the development team.
Qualifications Requirements: - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with modern
frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Proficiency in back-end development using server-side languages like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with database management systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL) and non-relational
(e.g., MongoDB).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Continuous learner with a proactive approach to adopting new technologies.
