Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Billing
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process including different invoice types (Manual, Consolidated and Automated). In this role, you will be encouraged to work on strict deadlines, in a fast paced business environment.
Responsibilities
. Responsible for meeting own targets with team targets
. Collaborating working with cross functional teams
. Identify and resolve customer queries & disputes
. Should be able to understand the issues raised by the team and getting them resolve
. Provide support for all Dispensing RMA requests
. Manage incoming RMA requests for strategy, creation, processing and validation
. Analyze data according to RMA protocol and provide results to Sales
. Coordinate and create de-implementation timelines
. Coordinate scheduling of physical pick up with logistics
. Systematically terminate the billing of returned units once the unit(s) are physically returned
. Determine if the return request should follow RMA protocol or CSO protocol
. Escalate nonstandard return requests for approval
. Communicate and properly set the expectation of when billing will cease for a return order
. Maintain current knowledge of Dispensing business strategy and contracting practices, policies and procedures including but not limit to the following:
o sales cycle
o installation and applicable implementation procedures
o billing/revenue management
o system and transactional procedures
. General understanding of capital equipment revenue recognition guidelines and accounting principles.
. Proactively manage and prioritize work within your queue to effectively execute on daily operations
. Track and report on pending workload
. Participate in departmental goal-setting and seeing through to completion
. Participate in peer training and peer review activates as needed
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
. B.Com graduation
. Meaningful work experience in Collections
Preferred qualifications
. Excellent Interpersonal Skills
. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
. SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP would be an added advantage
