L&T Special Steels & Heavy Forgings (LTSSHF) is a joint venture between Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) and the Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL).
L&T Special Steels & Heavy Forgings (LTSSHF) caters to specialized requirements of Nuclear, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, Ship Building and Heavy Engineering Industries.
Heat treatment Shift supervisor
1. Should posses knowledge of various type of Heat treatment
. Should have knowledge of forging industry
.Should have experience and knowledge of gas fired furnaces
Should posses knowledge of various types of thermocouples & recorders used for temperature monitoring
Should have basic knowledge of WMS and TPM
hould have experience of resource planning along with handling of manpower
Should posses knowledge on safe working practices on shop floor
.Good and effective communication
Inter & intra department co -ordination
Should have experience of job handling with EOT & fixtures
