Client Relationship Management:

. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Indian market, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences within the local context.

. Engage regularly with clients through meetings, calls, and correspondence, offering personalized investment advice, insights on market trends, and updates on portfolio performance.

. Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.

Business Development:

.Achieve agreed Sales Target numbers

Identify potential high-value clients and target segments within the market, devising strategies to expand our client base.

. Actively network within the Indian commercial real estate community, participate in market events, seminars, and conferences to generate leads, and elevate our brand presence.

. Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and marketanalysesanalysistailored to the market landscape.to tailor-make lead generation and increase relevant lead thru-put

Investment Advisory:

. Analyze Indian market trends and company performance, offering accurate and timely investment recommendations relevant.

. Develop customized investment strategies aligned with clients' financial objectives.

Sales Execution:

Present products and services specifically tailored to the commercial real estate market, highlighting their features, advantages, and potential returns within the framework.

Performance Tracking:

. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the market, adjusting based on Indian market conditions and evolving client goals.

. Regularly provide performance reports and updates to Indian clients, demonstrating the value of our services within the context of the Indian market.

Regulatory Compliance:

. Stay updated with Indian market regulations, market trends, and financial news, ensuring full compliance with Indian regulatory standards.

Key Competencies:

. Thorough understanding of the Indian commercial real estate Industry,strategies, and investment instruments.

Proven experience in dealing with CXO level decision makers in Mid / Large Indian and Multinational Companies. Experience with selling to folks from Multiple Nationalities would be an added advantage.

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.tailored to the Indian market's cultural nuances.

. Strong analyticaland Numericalskills, with the ability to interpret complex dataand turn it into meaningful insights for the Sales & Marketing teams and for our Clients.convey insights effectively to Indian clients.

. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in the commercial real estate sector.

. Proficiency in utilizing software and tools specific to the market for analysis, reporting.

. Strong ethical values and a commitment to adhering to regulatory requirements.

. Ability to work autonomously, managea Large multi geographical Sales teamclient portfolio, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
