As a Tech Lead, you will play a big role in designing and developing cutting-edge software products and services to help CSPs evolve and succeed in today's fast-changing telecommunications landscape. Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of software products and services, following best practices and maintaining a strong focus on quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions meet client needs and align with company goals
- Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed
- Contribute to the overall technical direction of the company, staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends
- Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define functional specifications
- Develop and maintain high-level and detailed technical documentation
- Ensure that software development processes and practices are followed and continuously improved
Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with proven experience leading complex projects and teams
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Strong experience with (e)SIM Lifecycle Management, Security, and IoT protocols
- Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data is a plus
- Proven ability to architect, design, and develop scalable and reliable software systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on delivery and quality
