Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive - Female to join at our client place based at Gurgaon (Haryana). As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position located in Gurgaon, with a competitive salary range.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Generate new business leads through market research, networking events, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits they will receive.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, effectively communicating the advantages of our services.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of client projects, coordinating timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities and developing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and present to management.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge and trends, continuously enhancing product and market knowledge.
  • Contribute to team meetings, sharing best practices, and providing insights for business growth.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Previous experience in the HR consulting industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient handling of multiple client accounts.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, utilizing problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
