Job description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead an engineering team to develop, implement, and deploy complex software solutions, demonstrating creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills to address technical and organizational challenges.
- Develop and grow talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies for key talent in a fast growth, highly competitive economic environment.
- Demonstrate solid technical and engineering leadership in building next-generation Finance Enterprise Platforms, delivering a roadmap and execution framework that balances short- and long-term project goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and problems, driving the outlook for the space, and turn these into projects for self, team, and others within the organization.
- Support organization-level business objectives, invest in team growth, identify and solve issues, adapt, develop change-resilient teams, and effectively scale teams to manage increased scope.
