AutoCAD Draftsperson- 2D and/or 3D

Job description

This position shall perform site and office based AutoCAD 2D and/or 3D support, creating and executing engineering project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support in developing Concept, Basic & Detailed Engineering deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, Layouts, GADs, Pipe Routing & Isometrics in AutoCAD 2D for process equipment, piping, clean and black utilities systems.
• Develop 3D modelling for process equipment and piping
• Perform clash detection with supporting services in 3D model
• Support HVAC, Fire distribution, and Electrical design deliverables in AutoCAD

Qualifications & Other requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
• 3-5+ years experience in relevant software mentioned below
• Experience of working in deliverables for pharmaceutical manufacturing, process equipment and supporting utility systems is an added advantage
• Familiarity on pharmaceutical industry standards is an added advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D
• Proficient in AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks (optional for 2D draftsperson)
• Proficient in reading/drawing and verifying P&IDs, PFDs, Layouts and other System Drawings
• Knowledge of other 3D software such as Inventor, ProE, Solidworks, Revit is an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; good organizational and time utilization skills
• Ability to work independently and within project teams
• Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products
• Valid International passport without any legal obligations in terms of obtaining visa
