Skill Set Required - Team management: Ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
- Self-motivated: Possess self-drive and motivation to achieve targets.
- Life insurance knowledge: Familiarity with life insurance products and processes.
- Sales experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the field sales domain.
- Decision-making: Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Achieve the assigned lead generation target and lead closure target.
- Effectively manage relationships and provide lobby management services.
- Provide continuous process and product training to callers.
- Monitor the quality of calls made by PB Callers and provide support in closing the calls.
- Ensure high-quality lead generation according to assigned targets.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to callers.
- Collect customer feedback on sales scripts and review and update them as needed.
- Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with callers and the team.
- Deliver weekly training sessions to channel partners on Birla Sun Life Insurance (BSLI) products and processes.
- Ensure certification and maintain motivation levels of callers.
- Undertake projects aimed at improving overall lead quality and increasing business.
