Sr Analyst Software Engineer in Manual & Automation Test
Role Overview:
Cardinal Health is seeking a Sr Analyst Software Engineer in Manual & Automation Test who has sound knowledge in Test techniques and Methodologies, who can adhere to test-process & improvements and delivering state of the art ecommerce solutions. The ideal candidate is an individual with customer focused mindset, hands-on technology skills, positive work ethic and a collaborative mindset who is willing to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience of working through STLC
- Test case design, analyzing Test Results, Defect Reporting & Tracking on regular basis.
- Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle applying best practices and Agile software development methodologies.
- Collaboratively work with various cross-functional teams across the globe.
- Experience of working with different platforms Web applications and API (Android, iOS experience is a plus).
- Design & development skills in any high-level language.
- Hands on experience with multiple scripting languages.
- Ability to perform development of test automation by designing and writing automated test scripts based on defined test cases, including the definition of test data for consumption by scripts during test execution.
- Analyzing Test Results, Defect Reporting & Tracking on regular basis.
- Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle applying best practices and Agile software development methodologies.
- Passion for improving code quality through interaction with development teams in India and across.
- Collaboratively work with various cross-functional teams across the globe.
Desired Experience And Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a software-related discipline.
- 4+ years as a software automation tester.
- Hands on experience in automated testing of API, web applications & mobile applications using Selenium Appium.
- Experience in testing hybrid and native apps in iOS and Android platform
- Thorough understanding of Non-Functional Testing.
- Strong knowledge of software Test methodologies, tools, and processes
- Possess good analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline tools is a plus
- Experience in practices like TDD/ATDD and test automation is a plus
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts is a plus.
- Exposure to Katalon is a plus
