Position Title: Technical Project Manager (AWS) Job Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 9 - 15 Years Mode of Work: Hybrid Responsibilities: Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure that project scope is clearly defined, documented, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful delivery. Budget and Margin Management: Develop project budgets, track expenses, and manage project margins. Monitor project financials to ensure adherence to budget constraints and identify opportunities for cost optimization. JIRA Management: Utilize JIRA or similar project management tools to plan, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, and resources. Implement best practices for project management processes and workflows. Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to foster collaboration and drive performance excellence. AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Serverless Applications Development and Management: Design, develop, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and serverless applications. Utilize best practices and architectural patterns to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-based solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 9 - 15 years of experience in project management, cloud architecture, and software development. Proven experience in scope management, risk management, budget management, JIRA management, and team management. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and serverless technologies. Proficiency in Node.js or Python for application development. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
