Role Description

This is a full-time HR Manager role located on-site in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR function of the organization and ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are implemented in accordance with company guidelines. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting and retaining the best talent in the industry, conducting performance appraisals, and building a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience as an HR Manager.
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations in India
• Experience working in a creative industry is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
