Actively contribute in maximizing revenue in all market segments.
Establish a regular call pattern for meeting with principles of target markets.
Participation in developing/reviewing rate structures and conditions applicable to various marketing segments, based on market feedback and conditions.
Participate in trade shows, conventions and promotional events within the hotel, the industry and customer organizations as necessary.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
Actively source new account and develop existing accounts that will meet the yield objective of the hotel from these market segments.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with bookers and actively sources hot leads.
Qualification & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
Candidate with previous Corporate Sales experience will be preferred
