Job description
Coordinating patients laboratory and radiology investigations and obtaining reports.
Counseling patients, accompanying insured and corporate patients for approvals and billing.
Resolving patients queries in coordination with other departments.
Coordinating for room rounds, getting the feedback form filled up by patients at the time of discharge.
Ensuring timely and appropriate discharge of the patients; ensuring all clearances are obtained for any procedure/surgery of the patient before time
