Role Summary Job Title and Location : We are seeking a Graphic Designert to join our India Marketing team in Bangalore.
Role Requirements : The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in shaping our brand's creative identity. They will provide design support, develop internal branding and communication materials, and contribute to social media marketing. Additionally, they will play a key part in video production and editing, ensuring that our brand message resonates with our audience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase creativity and experience growth across various marketing disciplines, all while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence..
Desirable Skills :
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback
- Video editing skills: Experience in editing and creating video content using editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, including knowledge of video transitions, effects, and basic colour correction techniques
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating visual materials for print and digital platforms, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website elements
- Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design solutions
- Ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across various channels
- Prepare and present design concepts, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary
- Support the production process by preparing final artwork files and communicating with printers or vendors when required
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge
- Contribute to video-related projects by editing and enhancing video content to meet project goals and objectives
