Job Summary: The Customer Service quality Supervisor will oversee and assist customer service team (First team) in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues or managing complaints and providing justified decisions and advice NPD/Sourcing team for process & construction improvement. Duties/Responsibilities ü Coordinate with team of assigned customer service representatives and ensures they comply with company guidelines ü Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.
