Join our Highways and Airports department in Gurgaon
In Highways and Airports Intl., India, you will become part of COWI's infrastructure unit. We are a team of over 40 in India working alongside our customers on some of the most prestigious projects in Roads and Highways (Read about the projects in detail).
We are looking for a CAD Technician to join our team, allowing you to co-create on some of the most prestigious infrastructure projects.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Production of 3D models and utility drawings.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Setting up the drawing sheets.
- Identifying, interpreting, and applying required client/BIM standards and ensuring that the models and drawings are complying with quality standards.
- Completion of specifically assigned tasks within agreed time and cost.

On top of that, you will have:
- Diploma/bachelor's degree. and come with 5-10 years of work experience in CAD Drafting
- Working experience within the Highways field is an advantage.
- Experience in 3D modeling of pipes/manholes and 2D drafting using MicroStation. Experience in AutoCAD/Civil3D would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software particularly MS Excel and Word. Experience in georeferencing and ProjectWise is an added advantage.
- Good language skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently within a project team.
