Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager with a strong technical background and experience in managing product development processes and workflows. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of various technical tools and methodologies including BRD, Breakdown, Analytics, Estimates, Agile, user stories, estimations, sprint refinement, sprint planning, inspect and adapt, system demo, Definition of done, agile train, requirements, planning, dependencies and risks, art sync, inspect and adapt, BEV estimation, communication, fit, sprint demo, and must thrive in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. Create and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and breakdowns for various product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Utilize analytics and estimates to drive decision-making processes, constantly refining product features and performance based on data insights. Work within a Agile framework, coordinating with development teams to create user stories and estimations for sprint planning and execution. Manage product requirements, planning, dependencies, and risks, ensuring a smooth and successful product development lifecycle. Facilitate Art Sync meetings and lead the Inspect and Adapt workshops, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in the product development process. Conduct BEV estimation exercises to assess the value and viability of proposed features and products. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of product goals and timelines. Lead and coordinate sprint demos, gathering feedback and insights to drive iterative improvements in product development. Foster a team-oriented environment and be a strong team player, collaborating effectively to achieve collective goals and deliver successful products. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Proven experience ( Minimum 3 years) in a Product Manager role or similar capacity within a technology-driven environment. In-depth understanding and practical experience with the specified tech stack including BRD, Agile, analytics tools, estimations, and risk management. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Scaled Agile is a plus. Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Experience with collaborative teamwork and a track record of effective leadership and coordination.
