Role :
Role - Regional Category Manager (Interior Designing Department)
Financial:
· To achieve the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the region.
· To achieve EBIDTA Targets for all the stores in the region.
· To create team targets and ensure achievement from each member.
· To achieve KPI's defined for the stores (Sales per Sqft, ATV, and Conversion etc.)
· To achieve home interior targets with special focus on lead funneling and nurturing.
· To ensure cost effective project execution for Interior Business.
· Expansion of network in the upcoming localities.
Customer :
· Take essential measures to ensure customer satisfaction & customer connect activities.
· Carry out necessary measures for complaint resolution within the stipulated time frame.
· Responsible for achieving the Mystery Audit targets
· Responsible for achieving Customer Satisfaction Scores for the Store as per targets.
· Create supply chain models for the region for quicker and cost effective on time deliveries.
· Nurturing HNI customer data base for the region
· Acquiring new customers through various marketing activities and referral programs.
Internal Process :
· Business SOP Implementation for retail as well as project business.
· Strict adherence to Planogram implementation and maintenance at stores.
· Responsible for shrinkage control and managing optimum stock level.
· Responsible auditing on Home Interior projects in maintaining 100% documentation.
· Collaborate with the Project Managers in developing efficient OSPs for the project business
· Responsible for achieving Audit Targets for the region.
What we need:
A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in Sales handling large team including mid-level managers.
Exposure to multi-location and handling of diverse workforce.
Good to have experience in Home & Interior Business/ Project Business/ Home Building Materials.
Experience in handling HNI customers & Specifiers
Conflict Handling experience and managing of environment
Understanding of regional statutory requirements and laws
