The Assistant commercial basically would process all payments, employee expenses and basic commercial MIS
This person will be responsible for Customer Account opening,
Pricing
Discount structure control
Credit notes
Account reconciliation
Sales Dealers Schemes governance
1. Day to Day Accounting like Stock Accounting, Purchase Accounting, Sales Accounting etc.2. Sales Invoicing/PO Processing 3.Daily Review of Debtors/AR and Follow-ups pending Payments 4.Bank Reconciliation. 5. GST Working. 6.Monthly Inventory Reconciliation. 7.MIGO, MIRO, PO Creation & Transfer Order Transaction. 8. Issuing credit note & debit note to Dealer & Distributor.9.BC(Balance confirmation) Collection on Monthly Basis. 10. LBT/Octroi Claim process, 11.Scheme Working of Dealer/ Distributor/Customer, 12. Reconciliation of Dealers Accounts/Vendor accounts. 13. process of Travel Claims of Employees. 14. Marketing PO, Bill checking & booking. 15.Credit Notes Or Replacement Or Refund if required angst DOA/Defective & NRN/RGP Service related,16.Provisional entry. 17.Management of petty cash 18.Daily Updating on PDC/Collections and banking entries of cheques/RTGS/NEFT/Cash
