JOB DESCRIPTION
• To obtain complete knowledge of product – hosiery/knits/jersey print and dyed fabric.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
• Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
• Responsible for follow-ups to ensure timely payments of clients as per discussed payment terms.
• Gathering and analysing market data of garmenters, corporate houses and fabric merchandisers, competitor information, and industry trends to identify potential markets, customer needs, and new product opportunities.
• To book order from customers & enter/ punch these orders in company System.
• Willing to have travel / relocate the city / State as per company requirement.
• Creating and implementing business development strategies and plans to achieve growth targets and expand the company's market presence. This includes setting sales targets, forecasting revenue, and monitoring progress.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of business development activities with overall company objectives.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Tracking business development activities, sales pipelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
