Documentation Executive (offrole)

(Field Sales) 2-wheeler & DL (Mandatory)

Locations: Hyderabad, Aurangabad, Kolkata, Delhi, Pune, Patna, Indore, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Muzaffarnagar

Job Description:

  • Prepare closing, develop closure instructions, supervise contingencies, and verify lock information.
  • Collect credit and varied documents from customers as well as third parties required to support decision of loan approval.
  • Head responsibility for loan processing.
  • Ensure loans are processed as per established company procedures and policies.
  • Review title binder along with closure documents for correctness.
  • Prepare and present note along with preliminary closure documents to the respective warehouse.
  • Transfer loan files to further teams for analysis.
  • Present any problem largely affecting decision to Unit Supervisor.
  • Process, close, present, service and record loan related notes and disbursements etc
