The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud services and a proven track record of designing and implementing cloud solutions for enterprise clients. As an Alibaba Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice on cloud architecture, designing scalable and reliable solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of Alibaba Cloud services to meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities : · Cloud Architecture Design: Design and architect Alibaba Cloud solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements and objectives of our clients. This includes assessing current infrastructure, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement, and designing scalable, high-performance cloud architectures. · Technical Consulting: Serve as a subject matter expert on Alibaba Cloud services and technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices, cost optimization strategies, security measures, and performance enhancements. · Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation and deployment of Alibaba Cloud solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful execution. This may involve configuring cloud resources, migrating workloads, and integrating with existing systems. · Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise during implementation or operation. Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues and optimize performance. · Knowledge Sharing and Training: Stay current with emerging trends and developments in Alibaba Cloud technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients. Provide training and guidance to internal teams to enhance their understanding and proficiency with Alibaba Cloud services. Qualifications : · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. · More than 4 years of experience working with Alibaba Cloud services, including but not limited to ECS, RDS, OSS, VPC, and CDN. · Proven experience designing and implementing complex cloud architectures for enterprise clients. · Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, including virtualization, networking, storage, and security. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. · Alibaba Cloud certification(s) preferred. · Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
