Hiring for sales counsellor.

Designation:   Sales Counselor 

Must Have:   Should have min 1-3 years exp. as Sales Counselor and Hand-on exp. on Inside Sales. Excellent verbal &; written communication skills in English, Hindi or Marathi

Experience:   Min 1to 3 years 

Location:   Prabhat Road, Pune

Qualification:   Graduation 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Taking incoming and making outgoing calls.
  
• Replying to emails that have been received on the office mail Id.
  
• Follow up of all leads received, ensuring entry of each lead in CRM.
  
• Data management of all call records/leads received through social media channels and closing of each lead satisfactorily with an aim to convert it into a confirmed customer.
  

Requirements

Desired Skill Set:

• Excellent verbal &; written communication skills in English and, Hindi or Marathi.

• Convincing and selling skills.

• Self-Motivated person with a zest to do result-oriented work.

• Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.
