IT Team Lead - Client Virtualization - Citrix / W365
Exp - 10+ years As a Supervisor Client Virtualization, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact being responsible for Client Virtualization technologies such as the Citrix environment and Windows365 Cloud PC. This includes a strong focus on the supervision of the Client Virtualization team in Bengaluru TCOE Leading and supporting the Client Virtualization team experts in Bengaluru. Onsite and remote Accountable for KPIs and health of the supported virtualization environment – Citrix & W365 Responsible for shift-roaster and operations Single Point of Contact for support escalations Liaison with global infrastructure teams and global application teams Supports in Incident management, Problem management (ITSM, code events, etc.) Responsible for architectural & process changes or impact Responsible for proactive problem management Responsible for system maintenance - Portal / Storefront Management, Server Image updates, Password management, KPI’s & system health monitoring, Citrix and RDS License monitoring, Lifecycle, Certificate renewal, W365 Cloud env. access Responsible for vulnerability management - OS Patching & Application Patching, Citrix Software Patching, W365 MS Intune portal Joins scrum meetings, directs work for the team & helps in operational execution. Performs complex research and analysis and ensures compliance with established information technology principles. Manages professional and support level employees within specific disciplines in information technology. Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries such as coordinating the development of highly complex systems while improving quality, timing and cost. Experience Required: More than 10 years’ experience in leading an IT infrastructure team and supporting any IT virtualization software like Citrix , VMware, AWS, Azure, W365 Experience Desired: TCP / IP and general network management experience Experience with SAN / NAS disk systems Experience with hotfix / patch management systems Experience with Exchange forms, scripting languages and Frontrange ITSM Experience with hypervisors including VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V, AWS, AZR Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure Experience in application virtualization technology, MS AppV, Citrix Applayering, Numecent Education and Training Required: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Computer Science or MIS Primary Skills: Excellent in supervision a team Excellent communication skills Excellent in advising troubleshooting and Root Cause analysis. Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Service Personal Desktops; Citrix VDI Workstations; W365 Cloud PC Citrix Multi-Session Apps / Desktops AWS or Azure cloud services; Hybrid and Multi Cloud approach (provisioning, storage, network, load balancing, etc.) Application Virtualization (Microsoft App-V, Citrix AppLayering, etc.) Virtual and physical print services M365 (Delivered as client apps such as Teams) Windows Server 2016, 2019, Windows 11 Automation tools and capabilities (PowerShell, SQL, Batch Scripting, etc.) – at least one Browser Technologies Troubleshooting and Root Cause analysis Active Directory and Group Policies Hypervisor VMWare Additional Skills: Ability to produce professionally written communication Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with others Demonstrable problem-solving ability Familiarity with ITIL principles of Incident management is a plusJob tags
