Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Accounts Payable (Direct and Indirect)!

· Knowledge of accounting concepts and Journal entries.

· Demonstrate Accounts payable process concepts – 3-way match, PO, NON-PO, GRN etc.

Responsibilities

· Demonstrate Accounts payable process concepts – 3-way match, PO, NON-PO, GRN etc.,

· Work closely with RTR to understand business transactions and ensure they are processed and accounted for appropriately and accurately

· Work closely with RTR to support in reconciling vendor statements, GRIR clearing and Debit balances

· Ensure process governance including reporting and analysis to key stakeholders – communicate regularly to discuss operational issues, key metrics, CTQ’s (internally &/or externally)

· Understand the SOX Regulations and ensure adherence

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

· MBA/M.COM degree in accounting/finance with > relevant years of experience in managing a team of >=15 people (Managers)

· BCom or M.COM degree in accounting/finance related work experience (non-managers)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Demonstrate Accounts payable process concepts – 3-way match, PO, NON-PO, GRN etc.,

· Knowledge of accounting concepts and Journal entries.

· ERP knowledge like SAP ECC R3P or S4 Hanna, Legacy Mainframe systems
