Mega Walk-in | TCS Noida Hiring for Pre Payroll & Workflow Specialist Roles
INTERVIEW DETAILS: Interview date: 9th March 2024, Saturday Interview time: 10 AM to 12:30 PM Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(Okaya Building) Plot # B-5, Tower-2, Sector-62 Noida - 201 309, U.P Role: Workflow Specialist & Pre Payroll Location: Noida Academic Qualification : Bachelors Degree(Full time graduates) WFA Responsibilities: 2 years of experience in HR Shared Service domain. BPO experience would be added advantage. • Manage HRSS Operations for various customers. • Manage HRSS process and the metrics on a day to day basis. • Ensure delivery and meet SLA's. • Provide regular reports. Pre Payroll Responsibilities: 3 years of experience in HR & Payroll domain preferred, prior experience in US payroll would be an added advantage. • Understanding of HR systems including interfaces/ data flow in and out and issues that arise from that • Knowledge of US Payroll process and system , Employee eligibility requirements, understanding of payroll processing and associated tools • Knowledge of Employee Document Services, Policies and Tools • Knowledge of Leave Administration, data management tools, disability management system and pay practices. • Extensive knowledge of leading ERP and Data Maintenance Practices • Knowledge of HR process administration. • Ability to create/present HR training materials • Good Analytical Skills Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN) EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview.
