Job Title: Ecommerce Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Ecommerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing ecommerce strategies to drive online sales enhance customer experience and optimize overall digital presence. The Ecommerce Executive will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our online platforms and contribute to the growth of our ecommerce business.
Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Website Management:
- Oversee the daytoday operation of the ecommerce website ensuring it is userfriendly optimized and uptodate.
- Coordinate with IT and web development teams to implement necessary changes and improvements.
Product Listing and Merchandising:
- Manage product listings ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions images and prices.
- Implement merchandising strategies to promote featured products and increase average order value.
Digital Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns including email marketing social media promotions and paid advertising.
- Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
Customer Experience:
- Monitor and enhance the overall customer journey from website navigation to order fulfillment and postpurchase support.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and address issues promptly to improve customer satisfaction.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track ecommerce performance metrics generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement datadriven decisions to achieve business objectives.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales customer service and IT to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving ecommerce goals.
- Communicate effectively with external partners vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Ecommerce or related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management preferably in the retail industry.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms content management systems and online marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO SEM and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ecommerce software.
