Within Risk Management and Compliance, you will be part of the Model Risk Governance and Review (MRGR) team as an Administrative Assistant and support MRGR management in day to day operation of the team. You will be the single point of contact for managing all administrative activities for the Bengaluru team members.
Job responsibilities
- Onboarding Support - Support new joiners and summer interns in setting up their workspace. Raise IT tickets for obtaining system accesses and requires hardware. Manage and organize lockers, ID card process and access rights to the building.
- Coordinate Team Events with MRGR and RM&C teams in planning and execution of various team events throughout the year. Propose ideas for team events, identify and work with vendors on cost negotiations and execution.
- Provide Visitor Management onsite support to manage MRGR Bangaluru visitors throughout the year. It includes managing itinerary, logistics such as meeting room bookings and calendar management.
- Support Expense Management to MRGR managers in submitting concur expense reports for team events, campus hiring related travel expenses etc.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other Administrative Assistants within and outside MRGR to gather best practice to perform all the above listed activities and ensure strict adherence to all the JPM policies related to above activities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 1 year of experience.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
