Job description
We are seeking a Sales and Liaisoning Specialist to strengthen our organization's sales efforts and manage key relationships with stakeholders. This role combines the responsibilities of sales, business development, and effective communication with various partners and clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong connections and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities - Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, build rapport, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and secure long-term partnerships.
- Liaisoning and Relationship Management:
- Act as a liaison between our organization and external stakeholders, such as government agencies, regulatory bodies, or industry partners.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain open lines of communication with authorities.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry segments, and emerging trends.
- Provide insights and data to support business decisions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and ensure seamless communication.
- Provide input and support for the development of marketing and sales collateral.
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly track and report on sales performance, market activities, and project progress.
- Use data and feedback to make recommendations for improvements.
