Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Surat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales in the assigned area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a sales team, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and providing reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing, and business development skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
• Experience in FMCG, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Proficiency in the local language and English language
• Willingness to travel as required
