Security Operation Center -Lead

Your responsibilities Strengthen and manage an effective SOC team to develop and widen Security Operations Center Services. Focus on strategy development and execution of technological and procedural steps to improve SOC Services. Develop and/or review Information security standards, policies, and procedures. Review IT Sec architecture and processes, considering current technology standards. Ensure cyber incidents are managed, optimization and automation are in place and further development of the mispa Security Operations Center Services are in line. Actively engage and support security incident response team in resolution and close of investigations of incidents with ownership of post-mortem and remediation plans Provide subject matter expertise to the business on day-to-day matters pertaining to corporate networks, disseminate and manage intelligence and threat information to stakeholders across the entity Evaluation of findings and vulnerabilities, as well as derivation of necessary IT security measures including follow-up and ensuring compliant and documented SOC processes and procedures. Responsible for mentoring the team, manage and guide them as Subject Matter Expert in SOC Services. You are responsible for Reporting of security related events, SLA, team performance and business-relevant metrics and key performance indicators to measure Cyber Security program maturity. Support Cyber Security leadership in the identification and communication of relevant Cyber Security-related issues, risks, and events in the Enterprise Services organization. Ensures seamless functioning of other services and collaboration of team and work as Backup for mispa Managed Services -Infrastructure Security. Lead business-engaged risk exercises to identify and measure risk and develop mitigation strategies Support in reviewing the RFPs, RFIs & RFQs and understand the requirement and develop scope of work Our requirements More than 10 years of operational experience in the Security Operations Center (SOC) / IT-Security environments Subject Matter Expert on different state-of-the-art security solutions to ensure the industry standards and client demands. Experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols in pursuit of maximizing value from security technology. Extensive experience with automation of tool-based operations in Security Operations Center A good leader to the team, pathfinder to emerging talents and a mentor to security hunters. You monitor KPIs and track it for the management and ensure seamless functioning of the services to clients You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science and possess excellent communication skills. Security and management certifications/accreditations (example CISSP, CISM, CISA, PenTest+, CEH ) are strongly desirable You should have experience working in international projects and teams and have a proactive, structured and reliable way of working as well as a hands-on mentality. Quick perception, creativity, structured approach and strong analytical and problem-solving skills for investigating security issues.
