Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist located in South Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their technology needs, developing and presenting solutions, conducting training sessions, and managing sales to meet company goals. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and managing the sales team.

• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Training and Coaching skills
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with customers and team members
• Experience in the technology industry and knowledge of IT products and services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field preferred

Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) are preferred.
