Role Description

The Social Brew is seeking a full-time Assistant Director (film maker) to join our team in Hyderabad. The Assistant Director will be responsible for assisting the Director in all aspects of film production, including casting, script analysis, storyboarding, and location scouting. The Assistant Director will also help manage the crew, coordinate with production departments, and assist with communications between the production team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 2+ years of experience in film production, with a focus on Assistant Director or related roles
• Familiarity with film production equipment and techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under tight deadlines
• Willingness to work long and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet in high-pressure situations
