WeHear is India's first hearing care company that develops products to make everyday hearing habits more ear-health friendly. Our current product, WeHear OX, provides an alternative hearing experience as an open, bone-conduction technology. Our goal is to pioneer the hearing care community and provide ear-health friendly hearing solutions powered by our technologies. We also work on B2B projects for different hearing solutions for defence applications, audio solutions for industries, and other segments.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Designer located in Ahmedabad. The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating and designing motion graphics, video production, animation, storyboarding, and visual effects for various platforms. The Motion Designer will collaborate with the team of creatives to bring projects to life and deliver high-quality and engaging visuals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Motion Design.
• 1+ year of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or a related role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, typography, and color theory.
• Creative flair, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating a range of motion design and video editing skills.
Responsibilities :
• Create visually stunning and engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for various platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and product presentations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Edit and enhance raw footage to produce high-quality videos with attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and video editing to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in style, fonts, colors, and animations across all projects.
