Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Bartender. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as managing bar inventory and ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a bar or hospitality setting
- Excellent knowledge of drink mixing techniques and recipes
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards for the handling and service of food and drinks
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/ Hospitality will be an added advantage.
