Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our thriving Product Management, Consulting and Design Group, overseeing a talented team of 300+ experienced professionals. You will play a pivotal role in Growth, Motivation and sustenance, enhancing team collaboration, and driving operational excellence, ultimately enabling our people to be connected and supported at all times.
Key Experience Expectations
Qualifications:
Overall experience of 16+ years in the IT services industry having played a leadership role in Consulting, Product Management
Strategy, and/or PreSales areas with at least 8+ years with one of the Tier 1 organizations like (IBM, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, HCL etc.)
Engineering + MBA degree from Tier 1 institutes like (IIT/BITS/IIM/SPJIMR/FMS etc.) preferred
Should have people management experience of managing 50+ member teams across multiple geographies
Exceptional executive communication skills (oral/presentation/written) - able to address all levels of the organization including the C-Suite and members of the board. Able to create/deliver audience appropriate presentations and be persuasive.
Capable of having strategic conversations at the executive level and tactical discussions across teams to ensure a proper vision and our ability to execute remain in lock step
Superior organizational skills - able to keep multiple balls in the air and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the program/charter, including details of individual work streams.
Has passion for technology and delivering outstanding business solutions
Able to make effective decisions under pressure and work in a fast paced environment
Additional Role Qualifications/Details:
Valid US B1/B2 visa and/or Europe visa
Onsite global client facing role for 1+ year would be great
Travel within India and Overseas (US/Europe) expected to be 25-30%
HR Base location will be NCR/Noida, Work Location is going to be flexible under pandemic

Responsibilities:
Lead current insurance domain BA's, Product owner and Product manager's team
Manage the Insurance Vertical PreSales charter for Delivery led growth and support Global PreSales to grow consulting charter for insurance pursuits closely
Play key anchor role in Development and Execution of insurance centric consulting advisories which can be GlobalLogic offerings involving consultative client engagement leading to large scale Digital Transformation deals.
Anchor large scale pursuits for GlobalLogic for complex and large ($10-20 Million) Digital Transformation deals leading overall Solution, Approach and Execution narrative and stitching a winning theme
Has in the past led Delivery programs with 100+ member teams so is fully versed with Solutioning, Scope,Estimation, Roadmap, Program Management, Governance creation for large scale pursuits
Demonstrates through his/her role Thought Leadership, Domain/Industry POVs and Subject Matter Expertise
while collaborating with cross-functional global teams
