Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai in B2B Sales

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, strong analytical skills to identify and analyze market trends, and ability to drive innovation
  • Leadership and Coaching: Proven leadership skills to manage and coach a team of Area Managers, ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and develop and implement plans to meet sales targets
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance industry and related products, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance sector.
