Security Operations Head/Mgr Role
Lead & Manage Security Operations (24x7) team, VAPT, and drive accountability for cyber security delivery Influence and improve security process, oversee technical delivery and daily operational activities To evaluate, design and recommend administrative and technical cybersecurity controls Strong articulation skills to explain security solutions and their value propositions to customer Provide security inputs to other team members, administrative directions and support in the daily course of operations Should have fair understanding of offensive and defensive cybersecurity Should be thorough with anatomy of common attack techniques Oversee the Incident Response of SOC Mentor the team and evangelize other stakeholders Manage the security team and the cross functional security SPOCS Keep abreast with new and upcoming threats and provide remediation measures to respective teams Provide inputs for policy configuration/updates Assist in developing cybersecurity yearly plans Act as a technical security SPOC for telecom security Requirements: Atleast 10 15 years of cross domain experience in cybersecurity with 2yrs or more years of security operations experience Atleast 5 years experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues and security incidents Around 35 Years Previous Management And Project Lead Experience Required Experience with creating logical security architecture for on premises and cloud based security solutions Should be able to demonstrate clear understanding of cybersecurity through verbal and written mediums Should be able to manage a team of diverse cybersecurity skills Handson experience with SIEM (Splunk), EDR, VA(Tenable), Network security (IPS,Proxy,WAF), System/Server security(AV, HPS), email security Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards and regulations like, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, OWASPJob tags
