Designation: Sales coordinator

Education :Any Graduate
Experience : Min 2+

Location:- Warje Pune
Salary : 12000 to 18000 depending on exp.

Job Responsibility & Authorities

1. Must have knowledge quotation, order entry, taxes

2. Working as coordinator for Sales & Marketing,

3.Should be responsible for maintaining accurate service records & documentation.

4.Should be coordination with customers over emails & phone for services.

5.Payments follow ups, drafting mails, back-end task as per requirement & work schedule.

6. Working alongside the dispatch department for timely dispatches

7.Knowledge of ISO audit

8.Follow-up with Customer as well as Vendors

9.Responsible for day to day administrative functions

10. Knowledge ERP software.

11. Strong verbal & written ENGLISH Communication Skills

12 must have good knowledge of Computers, MS office and problem-solving skills
